So, I finally started playing Bastion and I’m really impressed. The game is beautiful, so naturally, I’ve started looking into its production. It was made by a team of only 7 people! In their vision, I specifically like the way sky is conveyed despite an isometric view.
The Art Director is Jen Zee and she’s pretty amazing. I’ve been looking through her blog all morning. Above is some promo art she was asked to do for the Humble Indie Bundle V.
So yeah. I know I’m a little late to this, seeing that it was released a year ago… but if you haven’t tried Bastion out yet, you should!
